Auto & RV Publications are published weekly in an effort to assist those who are buying or selling new or used vehicles. Our publications are available weekly in retail outlets throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio.

Copies of the magazine(s) can be mailed as a subscription for a fee. Please contact our Subscription Department at 574-658-4111 ext. 2335.

How do I place an ad?

There are a few different ways to place an ad. The first option is to call us at 888-587-2337 and you can place your ad with us right over the phone! The second option is to email us your information. Please make sure to include your name and phone number so we may contact you for payment and further information on your ad. The third option is to place your ad through our online order form. You will just need a digital photo of the item you are selling and a credit card to pay with. The fourth option is by filling out the order form found within the first 15 pages of the printed magazine and mailing that in with a picture and payment.

What are my payment options?

Pre-payment is required. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. To place an ad online or by phone, a valid Visa, Discover, American Express or Mastercard is required. Checks and money orders are only accept for mailed in ads.

What if I do not have a photo for my ad?

If you would like to place an ad without a photo, just give us a call at 888-587-2337 and we can submit your ad for you right over the phone.

If I choose for my ad to appear on your website, does it go online immediately?

Your ad will start online the day it is first appearing in the magazine.

How do I place an ad on the front cover?

FRONT COVER for PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL OWNERS: Feature your vehicle on the front cover of Auto & RV for one issue; your ad will also appear inside the magazine for the following two issues. All private individual reservations require a non-refundable down payment of $50.00 that will be applied towards the total cost. Photograph should be a high-resolution print or file of a single item. Best photo is a side shot. Call our office at (888) 587-2337 to reserve a space. Auto & RV Publications reserves the right to reject any photograph of poor quality requesting this position.

How long do you keep ads on file?

We retain mailed in ad information for four weeks after the ad has ended. If you have placed your ad via the phone or online, we will have it on file for 1 year.

How do I renew my ad?

You can renew your ad by calling us and renewing over the phone. You will just need a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to do so. Just call 888-587-2337.

How do I cancel my ad?

You can either email us, but please include your reference/confirmation number, or you may call us at 888-587-2337

Can I get a partial or full refund for my ad if it sells?

There is no refund for an ad once it is too late to cancel the first weeks printing of the first magazine that your ad is appearing in. You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel your ad by the deadline to stop the first weeks printing of the first magazine it is appearing in. To receive a 100% full refund, the ad needs to be cancelled the same business day the ad was placed. For deadlines click HERE.

How do I know if the 'Multiple Item Fee' applies to my ad?
If you are advertising more than 1 single item in your ad you may be subject to the 'Multiple Item Fee' of $15.00. If you have more than 1 single item listed for more than 1 price in your ad, you are subject to the additional fee of $15.00. If you are listing 2 items as a package and there is only 1 price for the item, then you do not have to pay the additional fee.

Examples:
- If you have a truck and Rv combo and have them listed as a package for 1 price, you do not have to pay the additional fee.
- If you have a truck and Rv for sale in the same ad and you list a price for each item, the additional fee would apply to the ad.

Photo uploading help

Before uploading your photo, please check the dimensions (width and height) of your photograph. This will look something like 2048 x 1536 pixels. The first number (2048) is your width and the second number (1536) is your height. If you are on a dial-up connection, we recommend having the width down to at least 700 pixels (the height will most likely be set to adjust automatically). If you are using a high speed/broadband connection, we recommend having the width down to at least 900 pixels. This will ensure that your photo is within the requirements. Also, please make sure your photo is saved as a 'jpeg' or 'jpg' file. If you are still having issues, please email us.
